How do I customize my private tour?
After booking, we’ll email you our standard itinerary as a starting point. If you’d like to make any changes, simply reply to the email with your preferences, and we’ll adjust the plan to fit your interests.
Already in Japan and want to make last-minute changes? No problem! We’re flexible and happy to accommodate adjustments whenever possible.
What’s included in the price?
Your private tour includes:
✔ Comfortable private transportation in a luxury van
✔ Complimentary Wi-Fi on board
✔ Bottled water for your convenience
✔ Hotel pick-up and drop-off for a seamless experience
What is NOT included in the tour price?
The tour price does not include:
- Entrance tickets for attractions that require admission fees or advance booking (e.g., Tokyo Skytree – approx. ¥2,000–¥3,000 per adult). Guests are responsible for booking these attractions in advance.
- Walking tour guide (There is an additional charge and subject to availability. your guide provides information about sites while traveling between stops).
- Meals and food expenses
Does the price change based on the number of guests?
No. Our pricing is based on vehicle.
Can I request a walking guide in a different language?
Yes! Walking tour guides are available in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, for an additional fee. Let us know in advance if you’d like to add one to your tour.
What if we have luggage or children with us?
Our 6-seat van can comfortably fit 4 adults and their luggage (up to 4 large suitcases and 4 small carry-ons). Please note that children are counted as adults for pricing purposes, and we are unable to accommodate infants or babies. If you have additional luggage or specific seating needs, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
